Having attended every maternity hospital in Melbourne over 25 years and supported hundreds of women, men and families, I am passionately committed to enabling this to be a positive, supportive and empowering time of personal growth and change for you.

Developed over 25 years, I offer a collaborative, integrative and person-centred approach to your health and well-being across the pre-conception to parenting time.  Many people can struggle with their mental, emotional, and relationship well-being.  An ally by your side can make a positive difference in your experience of this significant time of choices, challenge and change.   Feel acknowledged, understood and supported through the difficulties of conceiving, navigating your maternity health care options, processing your birth experience and adapting to parenthood.  I am here to help meet your needs.

Initial Meeting

First meeting is free of charge.  Any time is the right time to engage a doula.  Feel free to contact me to explore your options.  

Antenatal

Discuss your needs and wants so you can plan, prepare and experience your pregnancy positively. We explore mindfulness, embodiment, active birthing, communication, birth choices, parenting preparation, relationship wellbeing and more.

Birth

I am on-call 24/7 from weeks 38 until birth! I give emotional, physical, practical support and advocacy during labour at home, enroute and at the hospital.  Usually I stay until you have breastfed and have your immediate post birth needs met.

Postnatal

I visit to debrief your birth experience, talk through any concerns you may have, nurture you and help out practically. I am here in whatever capacity to help you feel supported and secure in your role as a new parent.
