The class features a gentle stretching program which aims to enhance your body confidence, familiarising you with the parts of the body used during childbirth, and better equipping you to work with your body during labour.
Continuous physical and emotional support for you and your partner during labour and birth.
Especially for pregnant women and their partners in their first and early second trimesters. These evenings focus upon how you can nurture your body and baby, options for maternity care, minimising complications, health risks and discomforts during pregnancy.
This two morning workshop will increase your confidence in your ability to birth your baby; and equip you and your partner with labour self-help techniques and partner support strategies that really work and can dramatically enhance your experience of birth. You will also learn how to use decision making tools which enable you to birth your way.
Individual attention in the comfort of your own home to focus upon your own needs and interests, e.g. identifying your options for care, developing a birth plan, learning partner support techniques, preparing for a Vaginal Birth After a Caesarean.
